This document compiles all the economic policy recommendations for 2020 as proposed by the Commission on 20 May 2020. The Council is expected to adopt these recommendations in July. This EPRS publication, 'Key issues in the European Council', which will be updated quarterly to coincide with European Council meetings, aims to provide an overview of the institution’s activities on major EU issues.
