Associazioni transfrontaliere europee
In risposta ai ripetuti inviti del Parlamento europeo a proporre norme comuni a livello dell'Unione per agevolare l'attività transfrontaliera delle organizzazioni senza scopo di lucro, la Commissione ha proposto una direttiva relativa alle associazioni transfrontaliere europee (ECBA). La relazione sul testo in esame, elaborata dalla commissione giuridica (JURI), sarà posta in votazione durante la tornata di marzo.
