On Wednesday, 4 December 2024, the FEMM Committee will hold a hearing on “Addressing the challenges faced by women with disabilities in healthcare, employment, societal participation”.

In accordance with Article 67(3) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1727 on the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust), the President of Eurojust shall appear once a year for the joint evaluation of Eurojust's activities by the European Parliament and national Parliaments, within the framework of an interparliamentary committee meeting.

The Workshop, organised by the Policy Department for Citizens’ Rights and Constitutional Affairs for the Committee on Petitions, focuses on the state of play of the Strategy for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities 2021-2030.

On Thursday, 21 November 2024, the EMPL committee held a hearing on loneliness in the European Union. The Subcommittee on Public Health, SANT, was also involved in this hearing. The purpose of this hearing was to present and discuss the findings of the EMPL Pilot Project on 'Loneliness in the European Union.'

On 21 November 2024, from 09:00 to 10:30, the FISC Subcommittee hosted an exchange of views with the United Nations (UN) and the Commission to discuss the state of play and the future of European and international tax policies.
