I denna studie undersöks tillämpningen av EU:s regler om statligt stöd i samband med infrastrukturinvesteringar i hamnsektorn. Aktuella exempel på statligt stöd till hamnar i norra och södra EU jämförs mot bakgrund av hur hamnarna är organiserade. Resultaten från studien kan användas vid framtida debatter om EU:s hamnpolitik i utskottet för transport och turism.
