Your Excellency,
In my capacity as Chair of the European Parliament Delegation to Central Asia, I would like to congratulate you on the opening of the "Til Kazyna" ("Language is Treasure") Kazakh cultural centre in Brussels on 19 June 2020.
Cultural cooperation is crucial for promotion of citizen-to-citizen dialogue and transmission of knowledge between the European Union and the Republic of Kazakhstan. Preservation of cultural diversity is an important area of cooperation set in the new EPCA.
I hope that similar centres will be established in other European cities, also in cooperation with the European Union and the Member States.
Yours sincerely,
Fulvio MARTUSCIELLO
Chair
Delegation to the EU-Kazakhstan, EU-Kyrgyzstan, EU-Uzbekistan and EU-Tajikistan
