The constitutive meeting of the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy tοοk place on 23 July 2024.

The Committee elected its bureau, made up of a Chair and four Vice-Chairs, for a two-and-a-half year term:

Chair: Mr Borys BUDKA (EPP, PL)

1st Vice-Chair: Ms Tsvetelina PENKOVA (S&D, BG)

2nd Vice-Chair: Ms Elena DONAZZAN (ECR, IT)

3rd Vice-Chair: Mr Giorgio GORI (S&D, IT)

4th Vice-Chair: Mr Yvan VEROUGSTRAETE (Renew, BE)

Next ITRE Committee meetings will be held in Brussels on:

• Monday 30 September from 15.00 to 17.30 (ANTALL 2Q2)
• Thursday 17 October from 9.00 to 12.30
