The Chair of the Delegation for relations with the US (D-US), together with the Chair of the Committee on International Trade and the Committee on Foreign Affairs' Standing Rapporteur on EU-US relations will be travelling to Washington D.C. on 18 March for a two-day visit.

On 24 February 2026, the Subcommittee on Human Rights and the Delegation for Relations with the United States (D-US) held an exchange of views on the EU's role in upholding human rights in its external action, even with traditional allied countries, in particular, the case of the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

The 90th EU-US Inter-Parliamentary Meeting (IPM) of the Transatlantic Legislators Dialogue (TLD) was held on 14 and 15 June 2025 in Warsaw, Poland. Eleven Members of the European Parliament and seven Members of the US House of Representatives came together to discuss the major issues that are central to EU-US relations today.
