The European Parliament is again holding a Gender Equality Week. The Delegation for relations with the United States is contributing to this important event with a joint statement (below) by the Chair of the delegation and its Member responsible for Gender Mainstreaming.

At the joint meeting of the Delegation for relations with the US and the Delegation for relations with the UK of 16 October 2025, Members discussed the topic 'From defence to economic security: redefining transatlantic cooperation in a changing world order'.

The 90th EU-US Inter-Parliamentary Meeting (IPM) of the Transatlantic Legislators Dialogue (TLD) was held on 14 and 15 June 2025 in Warsaw, Poland. Eleven Members of the European Parliament and seven Members of the US House of Representatives came together to discuss the major issues that are central to EU-US relations today.
