The European Union - Serbia Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee (SAPC) held its 17th meeting in the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia on 28 and 29 October 2025. The meeting was co-chaired by Mr Loucas FOURLAS (Chair of the European Parliament Delegation) and Mr Milimir VUJADINOVIĆ (Chair of the Delegation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia). At the end of the meeting the two Co-chairs published a joint statement (text below).

The agenda included the following items:

• State of play of the accession negotiations and EU - Serbia relations, in the presence of officials from the Government of Serbia and EU Institutions
• State of Play of Cluster 1 - Fundamentals and 4 - Green agenda
• The current political situation in the Republic of Serbia
• CFSP alignment
• EU-facilitated Dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina
• Economic development

The SAPC held an exchange of views with:

• Mr Nemanja STAROVIĆ, Minister of European Integration, on behalf of the Government of Serbia
• H.E. Ms. Pernille DAHLER KARDEL, Ambassador of Denmark to Serbia, on behalf of the Danish Presidency of the Council of the European Union
• H.E. Mr Andreas Von BECKERATH, EU Ambassador to Serbia, on behalf of the European Union
