On 11 December 2023, the JURI committee will vote on the report on policy implications of the development of virtual worlds (2023/2062(INI)) and on the provisional agreement resulting from interinstitutional negotiations as regards the report on protection of the environment through criminal law (2021/0422(COD)).

On 29 November, the JURI Committee voted on the draft report on the use of digital tools and processes in company law (2023/0089(COD)), as well as on entering into interinstitutional negotiations. The committee voted also on the draft opinions on 2022 discharge for Court of Justice of the European Union 2023/2132(DEC), European Parliament 2023/2130(DEC) and European Public Prosecutors Office (2023/2139(DEC)).

On 7 November 2023, the JURI committee voted on the report on European Certificate of Parenthood (2022/0402(CNS)) and on the report on the electronic publication of the Official Journal of the European Union (2020/0126(APP)). The Members further considered the draft reports on supplementary protection certificates (2023/0130(COD), 2023/0128(COD), 2023/0127(COD), 2023/0126(COD)) and on compulsory licensing for crisis management (2023/0129(COD)).
