On 8 April 2025, the LIBE Committee held an exchange of views the European Commission and experts on the proposed reform of legal proceedings initiated by popular action in Spain.

On 7th of April the LIBE MEPs had the opportunity to engage into an exchange of views with the Commissioner for Internal Affairs and Migration, Magnus Brunner, on the Commission’s new proposal for a Common European System for Returns.
