The Committee of Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) organises together with the Legislative Dialogue Unit of the Directorate for Relations with National Parliaments, the 6th interparliamentary committee meeting on "The evaluation of Eurojust activities".
On 11 November, the European Commission has presented to LIBE Members its three proposals outlining the financing of Union support in the areas of asylum, migration, border management, visas, and internal security under the next EU long-term budget, which will cover the period from 2028 to 2034.
On 11 November 2025 the LIBE Committee held and exchange of views on the criminal misuse of pyrotechnics, following growing concern over their use in violent incidents, attacks on law enforcement and organised crime.
