We are facing an important evolution in our economies due to digitalisation and globalisation, and in a COVID-19 pandemic context. This process creates new challenges to the international tax system, which lead to no or low taxation, market distortions, and tax uncertainty. Efforts are being made both at global (G20/OECD) and EU level.
